seven vices week 4

28 players remaining

monday - thursday

Monday morning begins just like the rest, slow and uneasy. At 12pm, every television will go off with its usual bout of static, followed by a calm, albeit disinterested, voice.

"Please gather in the hotel lobby within the next hour."

That's all that it says before the televisions turn off. Anyone not in their rooms will hear the voice echoing around them as if through a speaker system, although there are (still) no speakers present.

After hearing the motive, characters who choose to explore will find that the void around the town has retracted a bit, and there is now a police station to the far east of the chapel. On the chapel wall near the altar, black and white portraits of Youko, Zelos, and Morrigan have been hung up.

Anyone looking for them will find that Youko's pink shoes and the fragments of Zelos's crystal are now gone.

>Mingle?

More plot elements will be introduced this week. Mod comments will be occasionally distributed to open toplevels, accordingly.

symbologic: I might go blind doing so, but I've got to use my chemistry minor for something. (unsure ☄ I made wine & it's drinkable.)

[Faize looks vaguely amused because that was...surely overexaggeration for comedic effect, no? No way anybody is THAT self absorbed.]

See? So perhaps you should begin your search with those who bear you no grudge, instead of angry accusations.

[Poland looks actually overly pleased she got him to look even slightly amused?

So there is a sense of humor in there. Somewhere. Deep.]

Hmm...

[Poland starts counting people off her fingers.]

Not Rhys. Not Vegeta. Morrigan's dead, but not her either. Mmmh. Urashima and I aren't fighting anymore-- but he gave me a cute box already.

[Actually she has never really seen Urashima make anything even moderately complex in the kitchen? Ever. Huh...]
symbologic: wants to hit on her. But the gay man in me wants to compliment her awesome outfit. (talk ☄ The straight man in me)

[You're going to need a shovel, at the very least if you want to uncover his neglected sense of humor. It's buried pretty deep, but it's there! And it really needs to be put to more use.]

[But how the hell did you manage to get into a fight with Urashima of all people, Poland? That's what Faize wants to know.]

Yea, those three seem unlikely or impossible. [Unless it really IS a ghost. Morrigan the breakfast witch ghost.] And I assume if it were Lithuania, she would simply give it to you instead of leaving it outside your door, correct?

[If you believe it. You can achieve it. Even getting into a fight with Urashima, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Except fixing stuff that already happened. That's. Impossible.]

Yeah. Plus. Lithuania's too serious for something silly like that...
sobowtor: (:o)

[personal profile] sobowtor 2016-03-11 03:50 pm (UTC)(link)
[Although. It did look like a 'I TRIED' attempt at the hot chocolate she always made for Lithuania.]

...

[Poland's eyes widen with a sudden realization.]

Oh. OH! Oh oh oh! Oh!!!

Ugh oh my god... [Why is everyone she befriends a GIANT NERD.]

It's not a breakfast ghost.

I know who it is.
symbologic: and covered in cookies. We should celebrate fake hurricanes every weekend. (shock ☄ Woke up on the floor naked)

[personal profile] symbologic 2016-03-11 11:10 pm (UTC)(link)
[Gestures vaguely to this cast. There is an overwhelming proportion of nerds.]

[Faize's eyes widen a little as well thanks to all those "OH"s. Stop surprising the poor boy, Poland.]

Oh? Who is it?

[See, he knew you're not stupid!]
sobowtor: (gab)

[personal profile] sobowtor 2016-03-12 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
Well.

Let me talk to them first before I out them.

I think they'd be embarrassed.

[Poland's trying to be considerate.]
sobowtor: (unfair...)

[personal profile] sobowtor 2016-03-12 03:50 am (UTC)(link)
Unless of course they act like a jerk about it.

[Poland pounds her fist into her open hand.]

Then I'll tell everyone.
symbologic: for a cooking show and then proceeded to throw cookies at people. (unsure ☄ Apparently I had an idea for a)

[personal profile] symbologic 2016-03-12 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
I would...hope they wouldn't be. [Why would they be nice enough to leave breakfast but then be a jerk upon being found out?]

In any case, I'm glad I was able to assist you in reaching what is hopefully the correct conclusion.

Yeah!

[Poland starts to run off, she's got a breakfast fiend to confront.]
sobowtor: (:D)

[personal profile] sobowtor 2016-03-12 10:39 pm (UTC)(link)
[But then. She doubles back really quick, to peck Faize on the cheek before running off again.]

THANKS!

[You have helped her avoid a most troubling confrontation-- MUCH OBLIGED FRIEND.]
symbologic: need to be visible for an outfit to be considered "see through"? (blush ☄ How many of my tattoos)

[personal profile] symbologic 2016-03-12 10:54 pm (UTC)(link)
[aslkfjdslkgdkjfn is the closest approximation to the thought that runs through Faize's mind when she doubles back and pecks him on the cheek. Will he ever be prepared to deal with girls thanking him this way? Perhaps the third time will be the charm, but right now it's still highly flustering.]

[She's probably halfway back out the kitchen again by the time he stammers out:]

Y-you're welcome.
