Everyone's sense of time is back to normal, and the large grandfather clock in the lobby is gone. [ They look to be letters to a friend, actually. A MURDERGAME STAPLE. ]

Pfft. I'm pretty sure that would hold more weight if we weren't all being put to death in a literal town of murder. I'll just deal with it my own way, thanks.

Also he was...nice? Maybe too nice. Before time began going out of order, one of the girls here passed out in the kitchen. He and I were in the area when it happened and his first instinct was to carry her up to her room. He even stood there till she regained consciousness.

Maybe he was tricked by whoever killed him? Not suspicious enough to think something could happen if he was alone.

[ WELL THAT DEPENDS ON WHAT TIME SHE GOT UP but if she wasn't keeping track due to the time shenanigans, let's say it's around 9AM. ]

[She quickly skims the letters, looking to see if he wrote about anyone in this game. Nothing.]

...Guess he thinks someone can get these to his friends.

[ The manager's office (and the basement) is LOCKED AS FUCK.

( Urashima actually takes the time to read over them once. There's a lot to read so it takes him a while but it breaks his heart when he's finished, )

Then we should find a way out of here and give them to his friends. ( He taps one letter, ) We're from the same country. ( Though, he doesn't quite recognize the specific location... )I can take them.

anyway, fine. he'll be trying the second (first?) floor now. when he gets off the landing, he'll be using his echo eye to scan the whole floor and check for any out of the ordinary marks or blemishes on the rug/walls/doors/basically the entire hallway. is there anything to find now? ]

Maybe? That's so...weird, though. Like, check it out, we found a bottle of not enough benadryl, that's got everything to do with the kid who died of blunt head trauma.

It's kinda hard to figure out when you only have one pink piece to the puzzle. It probably makes more sense with context. [Poland takes the bottle with her tissue, carefully.] Or something like that..

[ have a yell because he totally thought he was alone here and he just looks at her like she's the crazy one. which is probably weird since one of his eyes is now glowing a bright neon blue. ]

[ then he just waves her away with a hand and goes back to looking. ]

[ She definitely yells back when he yells because obviously a killer yells when about to kill again. And then have another scream when she sees his eye, stepping back. ]

[She returns the thumbs up and grabs a fork to poke into her baconetti and pick off the pan. Without fear she bites into it and crunches it in her mouth.]

[ Depends on what you mean by "precision"--he's got a broken neck and a blunt force wound to the skull. ]

Yeah, I guess. But it's still stupid. Just that we have to do this in the first place.

[She huffs and shoves her hands into her hoodie pockets. She knows they don't solve the murder in the first five minutes she has lived the program leave her alone!!!]

I guess we should go catch up.

Of course not. But normally I wouldn't want to risk accidentally mouthing off to someone who has, somehow, found a reason to care about you.
