I thought I knew what to do... the tantou dress like this all the time! ( So he thought he could just remember what they looked like and figure it out from there? ) But I don't understand how they do it!

Not very long. I'm used to clothing like this, so it only took me ten or so minutes.
[He's also not the sort to primp or fuss, so basically all he does is brush his hair and teeth, wash his face and pick the darkest clothes in the closet...]
It takes longer for outfits with more pieces, though. [This is also why he still has to help Oz. USELESS NOBLES.]

Oh. ( Only ten minutes. To Urashima's 30 and for what? Nothing! Way to defeat a Kotetsu with words, Gilbert. ) I'm used to a lot of clothes but...
( He's used to being half shirtless and his clothes bursting off when he gets hurt too much??? Except his regular clothes actually has more pieces than this. Maybe the problem is just not being able to show chest, ugh. )
Westerners have too many buttons. ( Case in point. ) And too many things that need to be tied.

He didn't mean to put a dent in poor Urashima's weird clothing pride, though... POOR GUY. Poor weird turtle kid and his funky clothes and 30 minutes of struggling to get dressed.]
You could always pick something with the fewest buttons and ties, can't you?
