Clover, I think you should come with me tonight...okay?

[There isn't much she thinks she can do, but Clover shouldn't be alone. Not tonight.]

[Even with Buddy there, Clover doesn't move, doesn't speak at all. If she even notices that Buddy's speaking to her through the fog of her own thoughts, Clover doesn't acknowledge her.]

[There's no surprise when no response comes. Buddy instead wraps her arms around Clover and gently pushes up to get her on her feet.]

I'll drag you back to my room if that's what it takes. You can't stay out here either way.

[That's probably what it's gonna take because Clover is an absolute dead weight here. She's not resisting, anyway? If nothing else she doesn't seem to have a problem with what's happening here. Then again, she wasn't about to have a problem with staying out in the snow all night, either.

At least she's not terribly heavy even if she isn't helping at all???]
