At 9AM, every television will go off, loud enough to wake anyone sleeping. The calm, apathetic voice will advise everyone to gather in the chapel for the trial. Static will continue to blare in the head of anyone dillydallying.

Once all of the guests have gathered in the chapel, the doors will lock. Most of the pews have been moved aside to allow for more space, and a few tables have been set up on the altar. On the first, there is an additional copy of the rulebook, and the information cards of the victim and suspects laid out, with space for the suspects to provide their whereabouts, as well as an autopsy report. There is also a large wheeled chalkboard upon which you may write theories. On the second table is a pitcher of water and some glasses, as well as very simple sandwiches and pastries.

The door behind the altar has finally been unlocked. It's a rather plain room with an area set off by a folding screen. Inside, you will find a table on which the victim's body has been laid out. Next to the table, two black and white photographs have been hung on the screen. they are close ups of the victim's body, as it was found when the body discovery announcement chimed. A few sticks of incense burn in the corner to avoid any smells.

At 6PM, the trial will adjourn. Everyone will be escorted back to the hotel by Miata, after which everyone is allowed to head to either the kitchen to get dinner, or to their rooms. Attempting to wander off into the other areas of the hotel will trigger the static alarms in everyone's heads/televisions.

I won't deny he has bad manners, too, of course. But that doesn't mean pinning him for murder just because you want to is justified.

I'm just saying, Poland's got the right idea about him. That's some pretty well-earned judgement and I'm not gonna pretend like getting him outta the way wouldn't make things easier on everyone.

So you'd rather get him out of the way than look for the real murderer? I don't see how you can pretend like you're any better. I know he's innocent, and I won't punish an innocent man no matter how rude he's been.

I didn't say rather, but I wouldn't be too broken up about it, either. You're that eager to see the murderer dead, too?

If I had a choice, I'd choose not to see anyone dead, but it's a bit too late for that.

No, he didn't, and I spent a fair amount of time with him earlier this week. Or, well, an unusual amount of time, considering.

Oh well. As long as you have a high opinion of him, that's all that matters. I mean you've known each other for days, you must know every facet of him by now.

His temperament has little to do with the current situation. A fallacy. I would be right in saying you are a gutless shrew, but does that mean we should assume you are to be a victim eventually? It does not.

Were you even listening? I've been saying that it'd be stupid to vote for him right now, but I'm not going to trust a violent sociopath like him, either.

That's just the problem, isn't it? I don't think any of you have ever listened to anything that he has to say. He reacts loudly, it's true, but that doesn't mean that's all there is to him. It'd be a lot easier if that were the case, but it isn't.

Maybe so, but the last person I knew who went on about how he had no problem killing innocent people? Definitely shouldn't be anyone you should get close to. Believe me.

I've fought in wars, Hinata, with real monsters. Maybe you should believe me when I say he isn't the one.
