week 6
![]() 24 players remaining ♫ monday - sunday Monday morning begins just like the rest, slow and uneasy. At 12pm, every television will go off with its usual bout of static, followed by a calm, albeit disinterested, voice. "Please gather in the hotel lobby within the next hour." That's all that it says before the televisions turn off. Anyone not in their rooms will hear the voice echoing around them as if through a speaker system, although there are (still) no speakers present. After that...announcement, characters who choose to explore will find that the void around the town has retracted a bit, and there is now a record store next to the clothing store. On the chapel wall near the altar, black and white portraits of Cheshire and Lucyhave been hung up. Anyone looking for it will find that Lucy's machete is now gone. >Mingle? This is Week 6's mingle log, covering Monday to Sunday. As this is a breather week, there will be no investigation or trial. When posting toplevels, specify the time and location. If you plan on having any private conversations between characters, remember to let us know in the post linked below. setting rulebook profiles private conversations |

[ For the record. ]

[Ugh... why are there so many options for breakfast. Maybe he should have just gone with orange juice? But he didn't want to come back with coffee for him and none for her.]
Maybe I should just go back and ask, but that would ruin the surprise, wouldn't it?

[He's putting way too much thought into this. It's just breakfast.]

Personally, I would be happy just knowing someone wished to do something for me without requiring some sort of favor in return, due to my status. [ Princess, after all. ] But Roxy and I are different people. Either way, however, I believe either option is still showing a strong level of consideration.

...Okay, I'll... go back and ask her. It's not like it's that far, but...
[Just going to start gathering up his tray before second-guessing himself and starting to prepare a second cup of coffee. Maybe... he should just steal some sugar and creamer and... honey, he didn't think about that. Bring two cups with just their respective beverages and let her decide from there? Yes.]
Do you want to come hang out with us? In the fort, I mean.

[He just gives her a reassuring smile. If it were that personal, they'd have built the fort in one of their rooms, not the lobby.]
You've got to get some blankets and pillows from your room, though. It's the only way we can, uh, expand the fort to fit people. It's the rule.

[ SHE CAN FETCH PILLOWS, no prob!
Alisha, don't look so serious about it. ]

I mean, it's not that serious! It's just to make sure we'll be able to fit everyone, you know? And see how big we can build it. Don't worry too much.
[He just kind of grins and sets the drinks on his tray.]
Just stop by whenever you want, okay? It'll be fun no matter what.
