week 4 - trial; day 2

seven vices case 4 trial, day 2 ♫ sunday At 9AM, every television will go off, loud enough to wake anyone sleeping. The calm, apathetic voice will advise everyone to gather in the chapel for the trial. Static will continue to blare in the head of anyone dillydallying. Once all of the guests have gathered in the chapel, the doors will lock. Most of the pews have been moved aside to allow for more space, and a few tables have been set up on the altar. On the first, there is an additional copy of the rulebook, and the information cards of the victim and suspects laid out, with space for the suspects to provide their whereabouts, as well as an autopsy report. There is also a large wheeled chalkboard upon which you may write theories. On the second table is a pitcher of water and some glasses, as well as very simple sandwiches and pastries. The door behind the altar has finally been unlocked. It's a rather plain room with an area set off by a folding screen. Inside, you will find a table on which the victim's body has been laid out. Next to the table, two black and white photographs have been hung on the screen. they are close ups of the victim's body, as it was found when the body discovery announcement chimed. A few sticks of incense burn in the corner to avoid any smells. At 6PM, the trial will adjourn, after which everyone is expected to have cast their votes. >Discuss? victim   suspects      VOTING cast setting VOTING TENTATIVELY CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT CST.

Hn. Fine.

[Vegeta's wearing a blue, button down shirt and jeans today! But first he takes off his white gloves from home, passing them to Gilbert. He kicks off his boots, of the same material, and also passes those over! Then he takes off his shirt and pants, but leaves his underwear on. All his clothes are clean (with some very faint signs of pink glitter on his shirt collar and the finger tips of his gloves).

His body, however.... As always, Vegeta is totally ripped and covered in old, faint scars. However, there's also a superficial gash on his right shoulder and a graze on his left side. They're not serious and have already started healing, so they don't look like they're from the past few days, at least.]

[He'll search he hems and pockets and the inside of his gloves and boots for thoroughness's sake, making mental note of the Eternal Pink Glitter. Also, since he's not thirsty for underwear like Hinata, he'll let Vegeta keep those...]

Can I see your hands? [Looking over his feet too, of course! Though once he gets to the gashes--]

And can I ask where these came from?

[He's guessing they have something to do with Undyne being pitched off the roof...]

[There's still some stubborn glitter stains on Vegeta's hands, but otherwise they're fine.]

Hmpf. Putting that fish woman in her place.

[Undyne....

As far as the rest of Vegeta's body goes, the only real items of note is the scar from his tail (long since cut off).]

[Please??? GUYS, PLEASE. Team Pride is going to take itself out entirely unrelated to cases.

BUT OKAY, after he's done looking over and making sure there are no hidden notes of confession in his pointy anime hair, Gilbert will hand his clothing back.]

[A note from Kaoru falls out of Vegeta's hair- I mean.

Vegeta puts his clothes back on, not acknowledging Gilbert more than he needs to.] This is ridiculous.

We need to be thorough.

[HE CAN'T LET BREAK DIE!!!!! That said, he also can't risk his Victorian dignity by revealing Vegeta's dick to the world, so that's a story left untold.]

Thanks, anyway. I'll make a note about the glitter, but I don't think that will be surprising to anyone...
