week 4 - trial; day 2
![]() ♫ sunday At 9AM, every television will go off, loud enough to wake anyone sleeping. The calm, apathetic voice will advise everyone to gather in the chapel for the trial. Static will continue to blare in the head of anyone dillydallying. Once all of the guests have gathered in the chapel, the doors will lock. Most of the pews have been moved aside to allow for more space, and a few tables have been set up on the altar. On the first, there is an additional copy of the rulebook, and the information cards of the victim and suspects laid out, with space for the suspects to provide their whereabouts, as well as an autopsy report. There is also a large wheeled chalkboard upon which you may write theories. On the second table is a pitcher of water and some glasses, as well as very simple sandwiches and pastries. The door behind the altar has finally been unlocked. It's a rather plain room with an area set off by a folding screen. Inside, you will find a table on which the victim's body has been laid out. Next to the table, two black and white photographs have been hung on the screen. they are close ups of the victim's body, as it was found when the body discovery announcement chimed. A few sticks of incense burn in the corner to avoid any smells. At 6PM, the trial will adjourn, after which everyone is expected to have cast their votes. >Discuss? [Nope, there goes his head. Right into his hands.]
Oh... yeah, that clears up everything.
And the dog locked in the safe?

[And now Undyne is looking just as exasperated as Hinata does.]
Don't ask. I've given up figuring how the hell that dog works.

[Let him rest here for a moment.]
Thanks for answering all the questions.

[He has no problem not taking the credit for it, considering it DIDN'T WORK ANYWAY, THANKS CULPRIT.]
But... how heavily do you and your, uh, brother sleep? If she left the room, do you think either of you guys would know?
Or actually... didn't Papyrus say he doesn't sleep at all? Is it the same for you?

[Man. Poland wishes she got Undyne's room to raid right about now.
How the heck does a skeleton even wink.]
So. Not Faize and definitely not Undyne. That narrows it down.

Vegeta would be this week's victim anyways if anything.

Do you have any opinion on any of the remaining three suspects? I have heard them discuss their potential motives, to some extent, and I believe Urashima wouldn't have a motive.
1/2
I agree that I don't think Vegeta would be playing with glitter in a murder. So.
2/2
The two it leaves are the ones who most vehemently rejected the entire idea of this motive...
[She likes Urashima. She even likes Break.]

Have you slept at all since you got here? I mean, Sans says he does, but... do skeletons need to sleep?
