Mmm, not quite. Symbology is not an ability unique to Eldarians, as there are several other races capable of using it. It's a process of combining inscribed symbols with an incantation, in order to perform feats of a supernatural nature. Manipulating the elements, healing injuries, affecting a being's power or stamina, those types of skills.
