On Thursday morning, nothing seems terribly out of place. As far as everyone can see, nothing is off, no one's is missing or unaccounted for. Everyone is free to wake up at their own times and mingle as they see fit.
[Hinata offers Dhaos a quick, tired smile. He's covered in sweat; anyone who was paying attention during the week might remember that he usually trains with Faize behind the chapel until about four o'clock.]
[Buddy is unsurprisingly alive and is a bit of a grouchy mood. At least it's not Friday.
She'll be making her way to the school house to grab some new sheets of paper to doodle on, pouting all the while. Might even kick some snow your way if she doesn't like you, or wave if she does.]
[He just takes a seat near Dhaos with his cup of water, nodding in agreement.]
But I mean... maybe it'll come to nothing. Who would even want to go through with these... with these motives, after everything that happened last week?
[Clover. Undyne. Though it might seem like Hinata's trying to hopeful, the truth is, he sounds more resigned than anything. Has optimism ever really worked out here?]
[ If anything, Dhaos knows the sound of resigned with a tint of hopeful. He has viewed upon events in the past in the same manner as well... plus they all know by now something must happen eventually by tomorrow. ]
...We have certainly learnt that some people are simply desperate, depending on their situation. If anything, something like this could even temporarily fool someone that their "greatest desire" could come true... if they give into it.
[Did someone fall into the well, Inaba?!? Hinata was planning on showering because he's sweaty and gross from training, but he stops short on his way up the stairs when she comes charging in.]
What is it, what's wrong?!
[It's not nighttime?? Surely no murders have been committed, right??]
Saving my people and keeping them safe for all of eternity. However, even that is not something they could guarantee. History is ever-changing, for one thing.
[ And this is something he must do on his own, among other things. ]
[Hinata laughs quietly, running a hand through his hair. Poland, Lithuania, Faize... now Dhaos, all of them have these selfless desires. Feels bad, bro.]
You're a good guy, Dhaos. To care about your people that much.
[A flustered, panicked look back at Dhaos, but apparently we're On The Move. He's not going to resist the tugging, even if wow hey he was sword training all day and is tired?? This kind of situation is kind of wiping out most of his exhaustion.]
[ Ah. She's apologizing in a soft voice, shaking her head. ]
You'll understand once you see them -- and they might not even be dead yet, so there's still hope. Anyway, less talking more running! This is an emergency!
