EXECUTION: Helter Skelter

[ After Sadie finishes speaking with everyone, the fire roars, so loudly and brightly that everyone will be temporarily blinded. When everyone's vision returns, Sadie will be gone--but she will be visible within the fire just like the list before.

The shot zooms in on a large suburban house, pristine and with white picket fence. The sun is shining, the bird are chirping, it couldn't be more perfect. Until a shadow looms over the front door.

Sadie sits inside the living room of the house, accompanied by some familiar faces. They all sit in reclining chairs, eating TV dinners and watching a football game--and Sadie looks bored to tears. Just as she looks to be nodding off, the front door creaks open. In creeps a masked devil, causing Sadie to jerk awake, immediately tensing up. She attempts to alert her family members to the intruder's presence as he skulks into the living room, but to no avail: they see nothing wrong at all, and return to their attention to the TV.

She rises from her chair, eyes already zooming in on an exit. Sadie makes a break for it, sprinting for the exit. To her horror, however, the back door is barricaded from the outside; she can't possibly shove it open. Fiddling with the doorknob loses her a few precious seconds, the Red Devil suddenly dangerously close. He brandishes a knife from his cloak, advancing on her. But she's not done for, yet. The chase picks up once more as he swings at Sadie.

She skids, nearly tripping again and again, but picks herself up just quickly enough to avoid the Red Devil's knife. This house is big, bigger than most, and their chase continues on for another good 30 seconds, though it feels much, much longer. The kitchen, the bathroom, the laundry room, the dining room, a few bedrooms, it repeats: swing, duck, keep running. Eventually, Sadie can run no longer, exhausted and slumping into the last room of the hallway. Her bedroom. The window is the only exit from here, and although she's on the third floor of the house by now, it's looking like the preferential option. She lunges for the window, but her luck has finally run out, as she goes flying, a strange piece of clutter on the floor having tripped her.

Rolling over to get her bearings, Sadie freezes. The Red Devil has finally caught up to her, and he stares down, unblinking eyes somehow eager. He turns his back to the "camera", obscuring his face from view, though giving the fallen Sadie a very clear eyeful.

And he takes off his mask.

Whoever is beneath it, the audience can't see, but Sadie screams and screams, a deathly wail until her voice goes hoarse.

And he brings the knife down on her. And again. And again, and again, and again, until there is no more movement. No more screams. ]
