seven vices week 7 24 players remaining ♫ monday - thursday Monday morning begins just like the rest, slow and uneasy. At 12pm, every television will go off with its usual bout of static, followed by Katerina's calm, albeit disinterested, voice. "Please gather in the hotel lobby within the next hour." That's all that it says before the televisions turn off. Anyone not in their rooms will hear the voice echoing around them as if through a speaker system, although there are (still) no speakers present. After hearing the motive, characters who choose to explore will find that the void around the town has retracted a bit, and there is now a park and playground next to the clinic. >Mingle? This is Week 7's mingle log, covering Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Investigations will go up on Friday. When posting toplevels, specify the time and location. [ The table next to the monitor is again filled with envelopes, 24 of them with corresponding names on the front.

Once all 24 people have gathered in the lobby, Katerina begins to speak. ]

Welcome welcome to week seven, and congratulations. I hope you enjoyed your week off, as we'll be kicking back into gear, now.

The envelopes on the table contain a photo or description of your most shameful moment. Something you'd never hope others will find out about...but at what cost? Well, that's up to you. By the end of the week, if blood is not spilled again, these will be broadcasted to both everyone in this town, and your home worlds.

Wednesday thing

[ On Wednesday morning, characters will a present next to them when they wake up. If small enough, it will be in a box with wrapping paper and ribbons, or if larger, it will simply have a red bow wrapped around it. Attached to the present is the following note: ]

[ okay here have a rhys. he's actually not sure what could possibly be in his envelope so he, very stupidly, opens it up in front of everyone while they're going through the motive.

then he lets out AN UNHOLY SHRIEK and drops the picture.

the picture of a certain few items in his apartment. three body pillows lined up one after another and on the back of the photo reads:

Remember that time you bought three custom Handsome Jack body pillows off the internet, HJackFan69?

and then there's a rhys who is turning redder than a fucking tomato and desperately trying to pick up the photo before anyone can see. good job, rhys. that's not creepy at all! ]

[ Break is at least getting used to this song and dance, because once he has his envelope, he opens it up while someone is nearby. In fact, you're probably the one that passed him the envelope, if we're honest. This motive doesn't sound too bad to him, so he just opens it up with a sigh.

Inside, there's a picture of... Gilbert? Or, no, wait, that person barely in the picture because they're getting literally kicked out of it is definitely Break. If not by the clothes, you can tell by the white hair. Yet oddly, there's a scrawled note underneath: Kevin Regnard and Gilbert Nightray. Just who the hell is Kevin?

Break is of course oblivious to the utter mortification that comes with this image, so he just waves it lightly towards the very helpful person nearby. ]

Ahh, this is discriminatory, you know... It'd be easier to just tell me what my motive is meant to be~. So! What is it this week~?

It looks like Nightray-san kicking someone.

Who is "Kevin Regnard"?

[ Gilbert kicking someone? There's a look of confusion for a moment, since it doesn't quite bring the correct incident to mind for Break. However, with her second question...

Break's lips purse into a very thin line It could be over the name, or it could be the realization of just what the picture actually is. Or there's the reality, which is that it's a little of both. The realization of what's being portrayed here does spark embarrassment quite immediately, but the anger he feels at having the name revealed tempers it. Somewhat.

Enough for him to just straight up lie. ]

Wednesday Morning, Lobby/Kitchen WHERE EVER THERE ARE PEOPLE

( First thing Wednesday morning, Urashima can be found running down the stairs from the second floor still in his pajamas leaving behind him a trail of cherry blossoms in his wake. When he gets downstairs, it's literally like seeing a kid on Christmas morning. He's practically glowing and literally this is like the best day of his life. It doesn't matter who you are-- how close you are with him or not-- he'll run up to you and hold up a sleeping turtle. )

Look! I found him! ( Yes, him. This. The turtle from day 1. ) Kamekichi!

( The sleeping turtle is apparently(?) awake because she flicks her tail.

note: Kamekichi is a girl but Urashima is a dumbo and thinks she's a boy so hah... )

( All I had was turtles, come at me with more. He'll be training through out the week and mooching meals off of people as usual. Except maybe if you make him something he'll make something for you who knows. )

[He's definitely a little surprised at first, but! A turtle!! And the name is familiar too, after a second - he'd been helping to look for Kamekichi all those weeks ago, hadn't he?]

So this is Kamekichi? It's... good to meet him.

[The way Urashima talked about her made it sound like she was more than just some regular pet turtle or something, okay.]

That's right! ( When Hanyuu pets Kamekichi, that fluffy tail will twitch once but again, the turtle appears to be sleeping still... ) He's my best friend, haha. We've been together for as long as I can remember-- ah, until I got here, of course! But I found him~!

[ so, guess who is coming down the stairs that morning looking pretty gosh darn happy? rhys! rhys is! why is rhys looking so happy? he never looks happy. this is weird, is he drugged?

no, he's not drugged. it's because he has his (second) best robot buddy with him now. floating behind him as he makes his way to the kitchen is a little robot who looks as happy as can be to be with rhys. gosh, they're such buddies, aren't they? in fact, rhys will address the little guy as they walk. ]

Dumpy, it's so good to see you again. Isn't it great? I missed you so much. I mean, I missed LB more but you're a good second option!

[ dumpy replies in a totally normal and rational manner. ]

Monday morning, kitchen;
[Before the motives are announced, Gilbert's taking advantage of the last few hours of peace to make breakfast! Because the kitchen is safe Monday morning, okay... HE'S FINE, THIS IS FINE.

Anyway, he'll be up from ass o'clock as usual until noon pretty solidly, cooking up standard fare breakfast foods. But since they don't have to rely on Breakfast Forever like they did last week, he'll make offers to anyone who happens to mosey in.]

Good morning. Is there anything you'd like to eat?

[There's a fresh pot of coffee being brewed too, though it's seemingly not the first, if the mug that never leaves Gilbert's side is any indication.]

Wednesday morning, floor 3;
WHAT THE HELL—!!

[Ah, isn't it a little early for murder?! But it sure is like 5am and that sure is a loud scream coming from Gilbert's room...

But he'll bust out of his door soon enough, wearing a maid outfit that is definitely Too Small for him. The hem falls to about his knees and the back doesn't even button up all the way... There's also a red bow stuck to the top of his head. GOOD MORNING AGAIN.]

( What could a pure kid like Urashima possibly be ashamed of. He honestly doesn't have any ideas so when he opens his envelope, it's mostly out of curiosity. Really, can this place have things on him he wasn't even aware of? It's just a picture of him and an elegant looking person. Urashima is following after him with a smile on his face. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the photo itself?

At least, not anything Urashima can recognize right away and he sort of just makes a confused face. He turns it over to see if there's anything else and sure enough, written simply on the back is, )

( And Urashima's face immediately drops turning from confusion to offense. )

( He's just going to move Kamekichi over to her perch on his shoulder where she'll always manage to stay. )

Really? ( He tilts his head curiously to one side before he finally realizes what's different with Hanyuu. Look, he was so excited he didn't even change out of his pajamas, ok. ) You look nice, Hanyuu-chan.

( Of course she's awake and he'll move her over to her perch on his shoulder. )

Kame-kichi. ( He repeats it once in two parts. ) A lucky turtle. Heh heh, turtles mean good fortune back home and Kamekichi is the luckiest turtle in the world.

[With her room being so close to Gilbert's, Undyne's already hurtling out of her door and into the hallway the second she hears that scream. Because honestly, she's been expecting someone to murder that poor sweet innocent weenie for six weeks now. She is Prepared.]

Gilbert?! Don't worry! I'll save you!! NGAAAAAAAH! FACE JUSTICE, MURDERER! [And with that, she backs up a few steps and delivers a flying kick straight towards Gilbert's door, intending to break it down...

...right as he opens it, sending her foot meeting squarely with his face.]

[ It may be early in the week, but that doesn't stop Break from being any less concerned when he hears Gilbert scream. He could probably guess that this wasn't a "oh my god, I'm dying" scream normally, but he is a bit on edge. All things considered, he's a bit protective of Gilbert.

Undyne was apparently super ready to be the heroine of justice here, but that suits Break well enough. Break steps out of his room with his sword already drawn, looking ready to Sin. In his mind, he'll just let Undyne take the hit first, and then he can step in and finish the job. Because, you know, Break never does anything halfway apparently.

His sword is definitely at the ready to strike, but at least he'll relax once Gilbert's nose is broken. Probably. ]

[ Break wants to believe he's shameless enough that this motive won't affect him, and yet. When Gilbert says that, he stops waving around the photo, then pauses to look Gilbert's way. ]

...What is it?

[ Because if Gilbert says it that politely, it must be bad. ]
