week 6
![]() 24 players remaining ♫ monday - sunday Monday morning begins just like the rest, slow and uneasy. At 12pm, every television will go off with its usual bout of static, followed by a calm, albeit disinterested, voice. "Please gather in the hotel lobby within the next hour." That's all that it says before the televisions turn off. Anyone not in their rooms will hear the voice echoing around them as if through a speaker system, although there are (still) no speakers present. After that...announcement, characters who choose to explore will find that the void around the town has retracted a bit, and there is now a record store next to the clothing store. On the chapel wall near the altar, black and white portraits of Cheshire and Lucyhave been hung up. Anyone looking for it will find that Lucy's machete is now gone. >Mingle? This is Week 6's mingle log, covering Monday to Sunday. As this is a breather week, there will be no investigation or trial. When posting toplevels, specify the time and location. If you plan on having any private conversations between characters, remember to let us know in the post linked below. setting rulebook profiles private conversations |

No, but I can help.

Great! The more the merrier! We'll have that Sunday dinner in no time if we all work together.
[He walks out from behind his shelf, pointing back to it.]
I've already searched this row here.

Well he's no good at shouting, so he'll hold up the bag for Bill to hopefully see.]
This one has something.
no subject
This looks intriguing already! You found it, so you get the honors of opening it.
[Said as he leans over the bag a little. Open open open open--he's eager to see what's inside.]

He sticks his hand inside and....comes out with a human heart. For a few seconds, he just stares at it.]
Do you think this is worth more because it's important? [ Surprisingly enough, he's not grossed out about it in the slightest, he's more curious than anything.]
no subject
[Not grossed out? Curious even? He's really starting to like you, friend. You are pretty okay in his book. How many of the other humans would have probably freaked out pulling a heart out of that bag, huh?
He's going to poke it.]
Maybe we could hold it ransom.
no subject
He blinks at Bill poking it, but as long as it doesn't make more of a mess, he doesn't really care.]
We could, but we need to know what we want first. [
Totally not like he has experience in ransoms and blackmail.]no subject
[Sitting back and rubbing at his chin.]
Wouldn't want to go for something we could just get around here. But she probably wouldn't give us anything super useful either...
[Probably no food...since that's the whole point of the scavenger hunt.]
This is a hard question. Nothing really good to try and ransom off of her, huh?
no subject
An idea doesn't come easy to him, especially considering he's not materialistic in the slightest.]
Something we both agree on too. Is there anything you want?
